Wise Words | When you are describing,
A shape, or sound, or tint;
Don't state the matter plainly,
But put it in a hint;
And learn to look at all things,
With a sort of mental squint.

| RED or "Retired, extremely dangerous" is a hilarious film about a band of ex-CIA agents who are now being hunted down by the CIA. The two hours are packed of comedy and action/adventure. There are also many twists throughout this movie that it'll have you on the edge of your seat! The band of ex agents includes Frank Moses (Bruce Willis); Joe (Morgan Freeman), a stage 4 liver cancer patient; Marvin (John Malkovich), a psychotic, paranoid former human lab rat; and Victoria (Helen Mirren). Despite the cast of "big name" stars, I was shocked that this film did not get more publicity than it did. Either way, this was a great film, well worth a few bucks at the theaters, and I strongly recommend it. | |
