Eclipse

Subject: Eclipse Mon Jun 21, 2010 3:31 pm

So I know all of the Twilight fans are SOOO excited for the soon-to-be released Eclipse movie, but for those of us who could care less about Twilight, we are just about as excited as a little kid getting pushed down a garbage bin by a bully. Any way, INSTEAD of seeing Eclipse I think I'll go see "the Last Airbender"! What do you think?

Agreed! While the movie is sure to butcher the television series, I have high hopes that it will at least be relatively decent. The animations they've done for the bending sequences look promising, and I think they did a good job with the kid who plays Aang. Very Happy

Appa looked really weird in the commercials, but that's just me.
I loved the A-Team movie. Murdock was crazy as usual.
The Soceror's Apprentice looked pretty good.
These are my opinions but I'm pretty picky with what I watch, so you could be watching a really good movie.

Ok I finally saw a preview for the Sorcerer's Apprentice and it does look pretty good. I also heard that the entire "The Last Airbender" movie was butchered. From names, to what they actually did. But that's just what I've heard.

Well, the TS3 movie looked pretty funny but I wasn't very interested in the first two.
Taken was really good. (that's on DVD though).
I'll have to see some more movies and previews cause these are all I could think of.

Despicable Me: Looked totally cute! Might be a good movie actually.
Tales From Earthsea: It's anime so I might want to watch it. It looks pretty good from the one trailer it has.
Salt: Looks pretty good but I don't like Angelina Jolie that much.
Chronicles of Narnia Voyage of the Dawn Treader: Looks violent and more mature, especially since the actors are older.

Out of those three I really want to see Despicable Me, Salt, and Chronicles of Narnia Voyage of the Dawn Treader (especially since I loved the original 1960's version of it).

Rango looks really cute because it has a chameleon with an identity crisis.
Hopefully, The Legend of the Guardians is as good as the books.
Tangled looks like a stupid animation of Rapunzel with stupid laughs.
Also, I was told that there is going to be a third Batman movie, this time with Johny Depp as The Riddler.
