Fav manga: Battle Royale or Death Note, the reason? Both of these are great, psychological mangas which I enjoyed far more than the usual Naruto, Bleach, One Piece (not that they're not good >.>)

Death Note got TOO psychological for me. After Raito went super psycho and L died, I lost interest, not that it isn't a good lesson to us when someone gets too much power. It really delves into human nature, which I appreciate and which I believe should bring it to the list of "classic" manga if such a category existed =P

Haha yeah after L died, it all kinda went downhill IMO. I mean it's still a great series and all, but i prefered it when L was still alive. But yeah if there was such a category, Death Note would certainly fall under it. Oh and because I was rooting for Light the entire time, the ending wasn't exactly the greatest xD

I was rooting for L although I knew Raito would probably defeat him. I read until I saw that Mello and Near would replace L. A little after that I decided to skip to the end, and I saw Raito's end. I loved the very end, however, where it's foreshadowed that the cycle will start again.
