I've noticed that no one besides myself has actually posted any of his or her own work on here, and feedback for my posts has been rather slim.

Also, I think that maybe there are too many keys to represent new posts. Maybe there should only be one for no changes, one for new posts, one for a locked topic, and one for a general announcement, that would be a lot less complicated.

I agree, that would be a lot simpler!

At the bottom of a thread, you see the thread title repeated, right?

Look below it to the right and you will see a

"Watch this topic for replies"


Click on it.





To see your watched threads, go to "My profile" and then to watched threads.


This is the best message to watch for the new posts you are interested in.

To see new posts click on Actions, then go to either "View posts since last visit" or "View unanswered posts." You can also "View your posts"

Actions is located to the right of [new topic] [Post reply] The Writer's Circle :: [forum name] ............... to the far right!!

How coincidental... I had one on the last 4Ever Stars site, but decided when I relocated it that I wanted it to focus on general discussions/debate.
